The Couse of Hypnosis “APRENDE A: HIPNOTIZAR”, (written in Spanish), is developed by our Centre. It teaches you in a simple and enjoyable way. In it you will learn the mechanisms necessary to take a person to this Altered State of Consciousness, which we know as hypnosis.

We explain in a simple way to use three elements that, when it comes to hypnotizing someone, are practically essential:

– Your voice
– Induction waves
– Visual Atavism

For greater understanding of this method, audio-visual media are included (explanatory video and alpha wave recording)

In this course, in addition to the knowledge necessary to develop this technique, we will also explain a little history of hypnosis. Specifically of the period from Mesmer to Erickson

Hypnosis, fundamentally, is used in two aspects, the spectacle and the therapeutic.

Following this method you can get hypnotic states with ease. Also if you have the necessary knowledge, you can use it as a tool in psychological therapies.

Of course, in this method we teach you hypnosis, not psychology. Consequently to use it in therapies, you must have the necessary training.
